He is a very honest and personable individual, and he will show you his work and explain to you what needs to be done as he proceeds with your project. Furthermore, Prem is very professional and conscientious, and thus the perfect person to undertake your renovation projects. I have already discussed with Prem a few additional projects that I would like him to undertake for me in the near future. Prem installed a new floor (laminate/vinyl) for our basement.  Great pricing and quality.  He was willing to discuss ideas and concerns we had in detail, and he was friendly.
